Submitted the application on line on Friday, had an email response by Monday afternoon asking to fill in online questionnaire. After this, we schedule a telephone screening call. This lasted for about 15 minutes. Questions were typically,'How was your last job/boss' All the communication call/emails were very friendly & they also responded to all of any questions I have had. About two weeks after the first contact with the company, I had my interview. The interview was based at company's office. I was made feel welcome and also met some other team members who were all really friendly.
