It was just a conversation. Very easy. Could tell I got the job before they made an offer. They are desperate to hire people because they have so much turnover. They will call you even if your resume is underwhelming and reschedule with you after you flake out on an interview or two as long as you don't write or say anything in the application process that you hate people who use drugs.
