I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Renaissance Hotels in Oct 2023
Interview
The overall recruitment process is highly streamlined, remarkably efficient, and can be completed in a very short timeframe. It consists of just two main stages, it kicks off with an initial screening interview conducted by the HR department to assess cultural fit and background, which is then promptly followed by a more technical and in-depth discussion with the Head of the Department.
In person, straight forward questions, asked about experience, asked about availability, working weekends, overnights and holidays. Made it seem like there was little flexibility when started. Which is expected. Overrall decent experience.

Question 1
Tell them about a time you handled a difficult customer
This was the location in Las Vegas on Paradise Rd. I interviewed with the director who invited me back to interview with the GM. After that, I heard nothing after being told to await follow-up. I waited a week and called the director's phone. I was forwarded before the first ring could finish, left a message, and never heard back. I traveled across town twice, stopping on the way to make printed copies of my resume. I was unemployed at the time, paying for the gas and prints. The least they could do is send an email stating they have moved on with other candidates instead of leaving me in limbo. I am disgusted.
