Interview process was straightforward. The Public Handbook Remote provides is a very impressive resource for candidates, yet some of the information seems out of date. It was also tough to get some interviewers to expand on aspects of the company culture or speak to what was covered in the Handbook in a bit more depth. The company seems a little all over the place, no pun intended. Different stakeholders were involved throughout the interview stages but showed very little preparation or understanding of how this role would interact with their area of business. They don't ask for a case study assignment, but this probably would've been a more effective use of my time. The only other thing I thought was off was that I was not contacted by any member of HR or Talent Acquisition, instead all communication went through the hiring manager.
