I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Remote (Barcelona) in Sept 2024
Interview
The first screening with the recruiter was short, friendly, and overall pleasant. The next round with the hiring manager felt more intense and quite time-limited for this type of conversation, especially since the questions required going deeper into experience, collaboration style, and sales approach.

Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a hiring manager round focused on sales experience, prospecting strategies, and target achievement. There was also a practical discussion around handling objections and outbound outreach. The process was smooth, structured, and focused on evaluating communication skills, sales mindset, and SaaS knowledge.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I explained my structured approach to outbound prospecting, including account research, personalized messaging, multi-channel outreach (calls, email, and LinkedIn), and consistent follow-ups. I also shared examples of how I qualified prospects based on pain points and aligned solutions to business needs while consistently meeting pipeline targets.
The interview process was great and efficient, the Recruiter was very nice and explained every next step and who is going to be in touch next. Rhe whole process didn't take longer than a week
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Remote in Mar 2025
Interview
First interview with HR team member, second interview with SDR team leader, and third interview with written test preparation and live role play. After the third interview, they sent me an email telling me that I did not pass the role play even though the feedback at the time was good. Considering the hours of leave I had to take to attend the various interviews and the time it took to prepare the written test, I would have liked to have received more structured feedback instead of an automated email. When a candidate puts in their time for a company and gets to their third interview, they would expect the company to take at least a few minutes to give personalized and constructive feedback.

Question 1
Questions about my past work experience and related results, my outbound approach, and how I deal with difficulties. Cold call role play.
