Recruiter contacted me, had a phone interview with him, set up phone interview with manager onsite, had face to face interview with 2 managers. Overall the interview process was average and very quick but after the face to face interview I heard nothing for months. Although I could tell the face to face interview went very well and the recruiter told me the same thing. I was at the top of their choices but I did so much better than the other people interviewing they felt they should interview some more. Months after this I was told they weren't interested basically but no reason why.
