I was contacted through the Talent.io recruiting platform. First I had a video call with recruiter where she gave me a good overview over the company and culture. Next was a video interview with my future manager. Next stage was an onsite interview with 2 different engineers and a lunch with the team. The last interview was with the CTO.
I had a very good experience with all steps, and the technical interviews were very nice compared to other companies since they focussed more on a higher level of technical questions that also were about application architecture vs. a more usual basic coding tasks. I was treated as if I had more years of experience already.
