I interviewed at Relman, Dane & Colfax (Washington, DC)
Interview
There were 9 (or so) people on the interview, and the process was a little cold/awkward which they warned me of ahead of time. The proofing exercise was relatively straightforward

Question 1
Conflict with a supervisor, Spanish test, where I could improve
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relman, Dane & Colfax (Washington, DC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Two interviews, each a panel of just under an hour including a few attorneys and one paralegal, the process is designed to be equitable but in doing so, it is incredibly impersonal and difficult to connect with any interviewer.

Question 1
Q: Describe a time that you had a conflict with a supervisor/manager. How did you resolve this?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relman, Dane & Colfax (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview process involved a panel of many attorneys at various levels at a board room style table. I would describe it as more of an academic/socratic style interview. I would not describe it as a warm/getting to know you style interview. It felt cold and judgmental in many ways. It was hard to connect with the panel.
