Three step interview process consisting of: 1) A phone screen with the COO 2) In-person panel interview with the COO, the Sales & Marketing Manager, and the Engineering Manager. 3) In-person interview with the company owners. Interview process was fine, but they never sent any follow-up post-interview to let me know I hadn't been selected. They simply marked "not selected by employer" on Indeed.
