The staff members are welcoming. They decrease the anxiety that comes with interviews by getting to truly trying to get to know you. They ask you a couple of questions regarding your position and give you opportunities to ask them questions of your own. Recommend having list of questions ready and if they present you with information you are unsure of, ask them to clarify.
