Starts with phone interview, followed by in-person and personality test. They have a long process that can take a few weeks if schedule is busy. They will have technical questions at most stages.

Interview
Recruiter found me on LinkedIn and we began the interview process from there. First Interview was over the phone and then we had a video interview to speak face to face. First interview was introductory and had a few simple technical questions such as what is a TCP handshake or what are some common ports. The second was more behavioral. Third interview is more in depth with the technical aspect of the interview.

Interview
Phone and Skype interviews. Interviews were conducted by dialing into a phone meeting. Once was left on the line for 20 - 30 mins before interviewer came late to the meeting. Whole processes should of been done in 2 weeks but had a whole week of no progress for ReliaQuest company reasons. I was pretty confident that I had the position right up until the final interview. Recruiter called the next day to inform me that they decided to pursue other candidates.
