I applied through university. I interviewed at ReliaQuest in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is definitely more lengthy than normal in terms of number of interviews, but the actually process itself went pretty fast. I appreciated the amount of interviews because it 1) showed me that they take it very seriously and want to make certain the candidate is a great match and 2) it gave me time to make sure I saw ReliaQuest as a good fit for me too. They described the interview process as "two-way" because they recognize that they too are showing why ReliaQuest is an awesome company to work for, just as much as I was selling myself. They were awesome about getting back to me the next day, if not that same day, to give me feedback about my interview and hear next steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL)
Interview
It was a fast-paced interview process, but they do make it too long and tedious for what the role is about. They kept asking the same questions in each round, just different people. It was organized very well, but overall not too bad.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (City of London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Long winded interview process with 7 stages. Most interviews I answered the same questions every time. Also allot of time between each interview. The questions were relatively easy but I felt there didn't need to be this many stages and also didn't need to be this many people.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ReliaQuest (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
4 rounds of interviews. 2 with recruiter. 1 with team. 1 with head of department. Lengthy interview process. Interview with recruiter was 30 min each. Very friendly and laid back. Felt a little rushed. Team interview was 1 hour long. Team was very dry, not welcoming which made the interview be very intimidating and stressful. It did not feel like a conversation. No ice breaker… Company could probably use some help with interviewing training for managers… interview questions were not clear.
