They've been reposting their numerous job positions every 2-3 months for years now. They are actually a shell-company with the main company being IPS Industries Inc(you really think it takes 50 people to sell trashbags on amazon?). They have also accidentally posted the same Job Description(word-for-word) for another fake company called Dolphin-Elite. Part of it is to look good in public despite their poor e-commerce performance; part of it is to motivate their current developers to work harder by showing them that they can be replaced at any time.
Regardless, It is a lengthy interview process(6-8 months), and chances are that you, the applicant, are more qualified than their Software/Data lead. They understand how bad the tech job market is for entry-level applicants and are using it to their advantage. The only way you would get hired is if you are way overqualified. I've only seen 1 person get hired and she had 3 internships and a masters degree from USC- all this for a $65k salary. It's a junior position not some kind of obscure hard-to-fill senior position.
Whether they don't give you an offer or do, you're being swindled.
