Process was quick, communications were clear and timely, multiple rounds of interview and it seemed like a great team. I would have preferred they included the salary range on the job listing since it kind of turned into a song and dance to align on that.

Question 1
What's one thing you'd like to do in the future or an itch you'd like to scratch.
ridiculous process, 8 interviews and a required "essay" then i had to reach out to see if they had made a decision. very inconsiderate of them. it seemed like a decent company but going through these hoops just to get ghosted was very off putting. i would never accept an offer from them now.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Relay Network
Interview
Terrible and unprofessional experience. I was referred to the company by a mutual friend and took PTO from my regular job since the interview was 4 hours long onsite, meeting with several people. I thought it went well. I didn’t get the job. Several month later I was asked to come back to interview. Same thing, took a half day of PTO so I could fit in 4 hours of interviewing. Met with CEO and other C level staff and VPs. I had to sell their product to two folks as well as provide analytical analysis on sales verticals they were on. Did really well. Was told I did really well. A week later I had to have another phone interview with another BD person. A week after that I had to have another phone interview with ANOTHER BD person, who was slightly condescending on my interview answers. Weeks went by and I didn’t hear any answers or feedback. At this point I was receiving other job opportunities and was so blown away that I was being ghosted by this company that I invested so much time into to interview. I was so excited for this role but started to see that this might be a company I’d want to work for after this process. Finally their recruiter said that they hired two people that were more junior than me for the role because they felt like I’d be bored in this role. What?? Terrible experience. Waste of my time. No need to put someone through that many interviews and then tell me that they probably knew the whole time I’d bored in this role but continued to put me through 10 interviews. Total disrespect of my time.
