Initial screen with HR specialist then interview with functional lead went extremely well. Case study was appropriate for the role, but when I presented it, the questions demonstrated that they expected more than 10 hours work on the study, which didn't seem reasonable.

Recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, interview and case study presentation with wider team. The next step would have been a “values alignment” with an exec team member.
