Very lengthy process, had at least 3 phone screenings, a homework packet, and an on site interview that lasted all day. Gave a presentation and then answered a variety of both technical and cultural questions and solved problems with the engineers in a welcoming setting. While the process was hard no one was ever intimidating at all.
