Interview
I first applied online and was contacted by a Relativity recruiter after a couple of weeks. After a phone screen with the recruiter, I completed a HackerRank tech challenge before being invited for an on-site interview.
The on-site interview consisted of one technical session with a lead developer, one behavioral session with two team managers, and a core-value discussion with a product manager. The technical session was interactive, where a problem was presented to me and I had to discuss and solve the problem. The problem tested OOP design, basic logic, and basic algorithm skills. There was also a set of smaller problems regarding SQL.
The other two sessions were just Q&A type where the interviewers asked me questions about my past experiences. The interviewers were very friendly and professional, and they were very interesting to talk to.

Interview process took about a month. Had an initial phone screening. Followed by a round of interviews with three different people. Average interview questions were asked. Ranging from programming to culture to work experience.

Interview
Phone interview with HR, then you come in to the Chicago office to interview. You meet with someone from HR and then also with some team members and the manager. They will have you do some example testing and whiteboarding. It is a long day, but they seem to get it all done in the one day.
