Relational interview questions

hr and IT together. if IT doesn't approve they do not proceed with 2nd interview. 2nd interview mid to difficult questions plus a test either c# or fronted depends on the position

Interview with HR: asked about typical stuff, pleasant discussion. Interview with Developers: They were friendly, honest, informative, good communication. The test was very easy, they gave an hour but it could be done in 10 minutes. In general it seemed like a great match and I was expecting an offer, but after a week to 10 days that I had no news and asked for feedback, I was ghosted! I read someone else saying they were ghosted and didn't believe it, but it's true. I called on the HR mobile, they declined the call. Called later on the reception and left a message and my phone number to be sure, and then the next day sent an email. I got similar offers so I don't mind, but I never encountered this before, it really stunned me.
