Interview
Firstly they used an old out dated even antiquated application form, which used phrases like "which institution have you previously worked for?" then they couldn't even get me the interview email I had to chase it and eventually they recognised that they had used the wrong email address. The interview itself was very odd and strange, led by one person only. They asked me to do a presentation to the Chair of the board and two senior staff, which was fine but, they reason for rejection, I spoke to fast!! A very harsh and cruel process
