      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rehmann (Detroit, MI) in Sept 2020

      Interview

Met with recruiters on campus and submitted application. First round of interviews were on campus. Was greeted by a senior and a staff while I waited for the interview to began and we chatted about basic small-talk(hobbies, interests, etc) The actual interview was with a manager who asked typical behavioral questions. Second round interview was in office which consisted of a series of 4-6 “mini-interviews” with various managers and a principal, followed by lunch with two seniors.

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rehmann in Sept 2010

      Interview

I started off by submitting my resume. About a week later I received a call from HR to set up an phone interview with their head of campus recruitment. The actual phone interview went well. Questions varied from the typical "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" to "Tell me about a problem that you identified and had to resolve." Basically looking to see if you would fit in and to make sure you would be qualified. Next came an in-person interview with several people I would be working under. I had three people interview me at the same time: Regional Managing Principal, The Head of the Division, and a Managing Principal. It was a bit intense having that many high-level individuals interview you all at once but as the saying goes "if you cant handle the heat, get out of the kitchen." I have since seen other potential interns interview with just a Manager or Senior Manager. I guess I was just lucky.
