It was fairly easy and straight to the point. Be ready to talk about your past experiences and why you want to work for the company as well as what your strengths and weaknesses are.

I participated in a phone interview. It was informal but informative. The PD asked me questions focusing on how to build caseload. I had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I needed. Interviewer talked up the company. Questions included knowledge of population and assessments.

Very quick, skype interview. Two interviewers asking me questions. Pretty brief, mostly questions from the manager about when I could start, etc. A few skills-based questions, but not many. They told me a lot about the facility and allowed me to ask lots of questions.
