I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Register Tapes Unlimited (Houston, TX) in Sept 2014
Interview
I was first contacted by their recruitment person who really dropped the ball. He scheduled me for two 2 interviews and was late for both of them. Afterwards, I was contacted by the department head who told me that he didn't forward my information to her and she had to ask him for it. Apparently there was some confusion between management teams at that time. When I was finally able to meet with my department head, there was an assessment test and a sit down interview that lasted less than 30 min. They were more concerned with my test results than my past work and my personality. They wanted to know if I would fit in with the rest of the artists. They contacted me with a job offer the next day.
