I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regions Financial (New Orleans, LA) in Mar 2009
Interview
I had a brief phone interview first, followed by a barrage of tests. This was a timed test in a group setting. I then had two back to back 1:1 interviews - one with an HR manager, then with a regional manager. Then I met with two of the regional executives. I was intrigued in the interview process because it was a tough interview process, and I felt that they must be doing an excellent job of screening for the top people.
