First interview was with a recruiter to determine your suitability for the role. Second one was a panel interview with two managers with easy to medium level questions, they start by asking about yourself and your experience, and transition to why this job would be a fit for you

Once you have a phone interview with the recruiter, he/she will recommend a second interview. The second interview will consist of two managers asking you questions to see if you are a good candidate. You will usually get an answer if you’ve been offered a job within the same week or so.

Was interviewed by H.R. who indicated she was moving me forward to be interviewed by Branch Manager. Two weeks went by and I got an email stating I was not selected to move forward. I did not get to interview with the Branch Manager. H.R. was professional and thorough in questioning my desire about working at Regions.
