First interview is a standard 15 minute phone screening. Questions are relatively easy. After this there is a 30 virtual interview with 2 VPs. Then you are invited to Superday: a series of 5 30 minute virtual interviews with 10 minute breaks in between The timeframe for all this is over the course of 4-5 weeks. Make sure you research the company and show interest in the position.
