Applied about 2 weeks before receiving email. Had phone screening/interview, nothing complex just questions about experience. Be prepared to answer STAR questions. Had me fill out paper app and email, awaiting face to face possible first of the week.

Interview
The interview process was easy. I was contacted by a recruiter. The supervisor interviewed me. It was very informal. He was impressed with my experience and my success in the consumer lending industry, it did not take long to get hired. During the interview the current supervisor was interested in knowing how I could make an impact in the present office.
