I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Regeneron
Interview
You are escorted into a room where a range of 6-7 employees ask you questions. Majority of the questions are basic organizational behavior and very, very repetitive. There was one interview question that was asked that took some brain power to answer and it was a chromatography filtration rate question. After you answer the same question 7 times you are then asked the same question 7 times. They can definitely make the interview process more efficient and not so time consuming.
V well organised interview process with members of both the manufacturing department and hr department. Everyone was very friendly and put me really at ease- really felt they wanted to hear what I had to say and were genuinely interested
Phone screen followed by a panel interview several weeks later. Panel was 5 or 6 30 minute sessions with 1 or 2 managers of varying levels in the manufacturing department.
First there is a phone call, then 2 interviews, mine were on the same day with an hour break in between. They email you material after the phone call interview, a lot of the questions were based on that information
