I applied through university. I interviewed at Regeneron in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied for an intern position in their supply chain department on their website and then discussed the position with a recruiter at my school's career fair. About a month later, I had a Skype interview with 3 hiring managers in their supply chain department. They mostly just asked about my previous experience and skills relevant to the position. I heard back about an offer later that day, but I was also the last person to interview for the position; normal response time is probably a couple of weeks.
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.
Hirevue and then meeting with several teams they think you're a fit for, non technical but might ask technical questions depending on role. Pretty casual but your experience at the company is very team dependent
Overall there were two interviews. One HireVue technical that also asked you to complete some details (like start time, salary, etc.) and one interview with your manager, Pretty standard interview
