It was the usual, nice and informal on both ends. Had a second interview with whom would be my possible supervisors and never heard any response. A decline would be nice, and normal procedure.
I applied online. I interviewed at Regeneron (Sleepy Hollow, NY)

HR screening with an employee located in Dublin, but the role I was applying for was in Sleepy Hallow (never experienced this).
Anyway, she did not ask about my background or experience just the 3 following questions:
1) confirmed that I graduated college?
2) If I will need a work visa?
3) salary expectations
And then 5 days letter received a rejection email.
