Primarily focused on previous experience, but there was a pointed focus on industry standards.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regency Newcastle (Newcastle, WA)
Interview
Straight forward questions. Interviewed with an HR rep from the corporate office then with the Executive Director and finally with the Regional Marketing Director. The questions were straightforward and reflected difficult issues this role may be facing with the daily tasks of sales.
