Interview
I was brought in for an initial interview with the department manager and then afterwards, since I did well with the department manager, they sent me immediately to Sit down with the CEO. He walked me around the building and introduced me to the existing design department and we talked for about 20 minutes about the available position. The whole thing took about an hour total.
