First contact was from outside HR firm, followed my HR firm screening phone interview. Then a phone interview with the company followed by an onsite interview. The onsite interview was very well put together I thought - meeting with HR manager, interview with hiring manager, site manager and other department managers (theses where 3 individual interviews that lasted about 20 minutes each or so). Included a site tour and meeting other employees and lunch. Process covered about a 5-6 week period of time and was pleasant overall.

Scheduled an MS Teams interview for the position during my lunch break. Recruiter did not attend the MS Teams meeting or follow up with an email apology. I submitted an email to the hiring recruiter and rescheduled the meeting for the following week via scheduling link, no response from recruiter. Received an automated email a few days later stating after careful consideration, the company has not decided to move forward with my application. Being blown off twice without communication or an apology is highly unprofessional and a poor reflection of the company's culture.
