I applied on 12/13 and received a text outreach on 1/5. I was able to confirm my interview on 1/7, and the interview took place on 1/14. I interviewed with Ben Mavru, Sr. Manager of Social Services, and Tracee Laird, Director of Social Services. Both were professional and knowledgeable about the role. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran about 45 minutes. Much of the time was spent discussing the challenges of the position, particularly the intensity of the fieldwork and the physical demands. I appreciated the transparency about the role, though the interview focused more on the difficulties of the job than on the strengths of the team or organizational support.
