Applied online, called in for an interview a few days later. Was asked for 2-3 professional references and interview lasted about 15min. Came back with professional references and got called and offered the job a few days later. Interview is fairly easy, looking for customer service and willingness for efficiency during peak season/hours. Need to be available Friday-Sunday.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
