I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Regal (Springfield, VA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very easy, straightforward, and quick. The more positions in the theater you are willing to work, the more willing they will be to hire you. At the same time, BE HONEST if you don't want to work a certain position in the theater, cause they will make sure they put you on the schedule for it otherwise.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
