The recruiter reached out to me, mentioning that I was a good fit for the role. They arranged a HackerRank test followed by a face-to-face interview with Redwood Software.
I was informed that I would receive a follow-up, however no update was provided afterward.

AVOID - potential scam interviews where you're handed a 5+ hours "take home case study" to solve and you are probably doing their work for free. The problem is an actual business problem they are trying to solve - they didn't even bother to make the sample files generic. Interviewers were friendly and appreciated the solution, however when chased for feedback got a generic "Q5 was not completely solved" - although the solution was explained fully during the interview and they said they were not too bothered about the actual implementation but more about the 'journey.'

Interview
Great experience from the initial interview to the final offer. Allowed to express yourself and bring the best out of you with no boiler room-type questions where you could forget what you already know. When in, it get even better with a very friendly atmosphere all around
