Applied online back in December 2021. Received a decline email 2 weeks later.
Then to my surprise:
End ofJanuary '22, I received an email inviting me to video interview.
A 2nd video interview followed 3 weeks later on February 10.
I was told the final would be an onsite but then thrown a curve ball that they would be away the week of February 21st.
The week of February 14th should've been wide open to bring me onsite prior to them being away, but since that wasn't available and I was very interested in the position, I stayed flexible.
I followed up the week of February 28th and was told they were looking to bring me onsite the following week of March 7th---I emailed the person responsible to coordinate this and after 24 hours I did not hear back--now approaching another end of the week and almost 2 months in this process, I finally decided to withdraw.
Good employers are considerate in their hiring process.
It was great! The panel of interviewees was prompt and well prepared. There was time at the end to get answers to questions I had. The interview lasted thirty minutes.
