There were three interview rounds and a written test. A brief interview with the HR, the CEO and the manager. The test was based on a newspaper clip and I was asked many questions on various things, like my interests, experience, reading habit, if I could keep up with the work process, etc. Definitely not nerve-racking, more like a friendly chat.
