Redlaw Recruitment interview questions

My first interview was with two consultants, and it was enjoyable and led me to believe this was a supportive environment. In the next round I met with the business head. He was quite combative. The previous interview had been much more conversational. I also did a skills test (mock cold-call), which was awkward but I can see why it seemed important to them.
