Quite a poor interview process, disorganised, not relevant questions in relation to the job description. The interviewer had a smirk the whole way though like judgement which made it self conscious. I would not recommend this company.

Interview
Had to give a demonstration of how I would carry out a specific workshop. Had to write a breakdown of the workshop content and a plan for the workshop. This was followed by questions. The whole process took about an hour.
