There was a call with a recruiter initially, a quick call with a manager to assess values, where a very simple technical question is asked (1 sentence response), after which there were 2 technical interviews
The OA and then hiring managers, team members, and VPs of Engineering. Should review Redis concepts like data types, caching strategies, clustering, persistence, and how to optimize for speed and scalability.

Interview
I interviewed for a software engineer position in Tel Aviv. The recruiter was very professional and serious but very nice at the same time.
The process was: recruiter phone call (30mins), team leader interview, coding interview, architecture interview, group director interview and HR interview.
coding and architecture are average difficulty, but personal and communication interview and aspects are thorough and more than average difficulty.
