Started with a recruiter phone call, then a Google Hangout call with the hiring manager, then a half day with the design team.
I found the interviewers to be condescending and rude. They undermined me by asking "are you new to accessibility?" when I had been talking to them about how I have been building accessible designs for the last two years of my 13+ year career. They abruptly ended the interview 15 minutes early without allowing me to ask questions. The experience was unprofessional and left a really negative impression of the team and company.
A month later after my interview (after I had accepted another offer), I was talking to an employee at my previous company and found out they contacted my employer without my consent. I'd consider taking legal action except they would probably bury me in legal fees and it's just a hassle to think about.

Before any recruiter interview they started with a “homework assignment” which was to design an app based on their problem statement, and prepare a presentation that could be viewed without me there to present. I spent 15 hours on this project then the recruiter told me I should hear back by x date. Afterwards, I was completely ghosted even after reaching out multiple times. I was frustrated that I spent so much time on a project just to hear nothing, not even a rejection. Very disrespectful to my time
