Interview
HR reached out to me based on my profile, went through multiple rounds of interviews. Interview "portal" makes it easy to see scheduling and process, which was nice. Was mislead during the final stage of the interview and ultimately ghosted despite spending hours of my time interviewing with the company.

Question 1
Had to submit a work product. Lots of the typical but inefficient questions from VERY senior person like "what are three things your friends would say about you" which is antiquated and does nothing to showcase one's actual value and skill.
The entire process was very smooth and professional. I appreciated the interview guides provided during each step of the process so that I knew who I would be speaking with and could adequately prepare for behavioral style interview questions.
