Interviews were all done remotely and were handled really professionally and diligently by the Reddit recruiting team. (Shout out to Max, who was such a great person to work with throughout the recruiting process).
Before each round, I was told who I'd be interviewing with and a general idea of what style the interview would be.
Every interview after the screener stage involved a combination of "get to know you" and substantive hypotheticals / knowledge questions.
Recruiting checked in at each stage and kept me updated on how long I should wait to hear about next steps.
Everyone (from first screener to final interview) was really friendly and helpful. Make sure to have some questions for each individual interviewer - people were friendly and honest.
