I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Recruiter was kind, easy to work with and very informative. She kept the full process transparent throughout, and it was overall a great experience. It started with a call with the recruiter, then moved to 5 30 min interviews the following week. After that, I was asked to pitch to the interviewer panel. From there, I had a final interview with their head of sales. Shortly after that, I received my offer.
