I applied online. I interviewed at Reddal (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in May 2019
Interview
For a consulting firm the interview process is ironically inefficient with four separate case interviews repeated with different people. The organisational culture is extremely unhealthy. I was screamed and laughed at by two interviewers, both of whom lacked experience and professionalism in an interview situation. Their behaviour was so rude and unacceptable I was very tempted to leave mid-interview and in hindsight probably should have. I really would not recommend applying here as the company is still making an operating loss after a decade of being in business and has also cut its number of employees in half. Overall it's a lot of effort ''getting to'' work for what is essentially a start-up with no processes in place when it is uncertain that the company will still be running in a few years' time. From the impression I got at the interview, you'll likely be working very long hours for a minimum wage and no one knows of this company so it's simply not a good career move. They hire a lot of people who do not know the local language or understand the local culture and as such the existing employees come across as very culturally ignorant and entitled due to which it is difficult to imagine that anyone who is in fact local would enjoy working here, maybe if your standards are really low. The projects seemed alright but you can absolutely get better ones at big consulting firms that have HR departments and a healthy work environment with colleagues that do not belittle or disrespect you.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you had to work with difficult people
The first round is composed by two interviews.
The problem with the process was the feedback: very high level and useless. When I tried to request for more information, I did not receive any answer. The cases where completely different from what you find on their website

Question 1
Case related to the marine industry, core of their activities. Operational due diligence
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reddal (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had an interview with 2 different staffs. They repeated kinda the same questions with behavioral questions and then moved on with 2 case interviews.
The first interviewer is quite difficult, not give any smile during the interview. Her explanation of the case is quite not clear and a bit too fast for me to follow. The 2nd person is more friendly and helpful to guide me through the case.
