RedMatter Solutions (Arlington) interview questions

Terrible. 1st interview was a panel interview where they constantly bombarded me with technical questions and had no interest in getting to know me as a person. The interviewers could not speak English clearly which made the interview a bit more difficult as the question format was confusing. To my surprise, they offered a second interview which was also horrible. He started by saying he wasn't prepared for the 1st interview as he didn't have "time" to look at my resume beforehand. The interviewer asked a generic question in which he promptly responded that my answer was too generic. I tried to get more detailed with my answer but it was never enough. It seemed like he was looking for a very specific answer that I was not living up to. He stated because I couldn't answer the question the way he wanted, he had no further questions. I immediately ended the interview after that. The interviewer's tone was very demeaning throughout the interview, and he made me feel inadequate as a candidate. I believe their ideal candidate is a savant with a photographic memory that can provide intricate details of each step in an implementation. If you can't do that, don't waste your time here.
