Such a waste of time. I applied in Nov. 2025 and two weeks later got an invite for an interview. The day before I was asked to reschedule the after and by then it was nearly the end of the year. During the interview I was told the head of engineer (presumably the hiring manager) would decide whether to go ahead. I felt ageism could be at play but decided to play anyway. We are now in first week of 2026 and no feedback even if I was told they would come back to me. Made contact and was told they would come back the week after because of holiday and now the stink is obvious. Week comes and goes with another promise of next week, then silence - ghosted again. Looking at the Glassdoor reviews I shouldn't be surprised but since the recruiter posted on Linkedin he was so happy to get the job after 7 months off work I would have expected more professionalism and empathy. Oh well, another rubbish company ...
