Moderately easy! Only one interview needed with a senior member of staff, asking questions about my experience. I hadn't much experience but they still gave me a chance and was a smooth process for onboarding and training.

Just a trial shift for the floor, quickly realised everyone was on trial shifts. They were quick in getting me in but did not seem very professional, didn't have allocated sections etc

The recuiter asked me the basic questions both sitting around a table of the restaurant. He was very quiete and I felt immediately comfortable. It lasted just 5 minutes. I gave a try the same day and I decided workinf there. The process it has been very easy
