It was more involved than I am used to, based on past retail jobs. I had an initial phone screening, a phone interview, and an in-person/onsite interview with a manager.

Interview
It was a very relaxed interview process. Hiring is largely based on personality and potential. Hiring staff is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Attire should be business casual, nothing too formal.
